Reservations:
To make a reservation, it is required a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour for the number of passengers via paypal (please contact us for availability and to request a paypal deposit), the remaining 50% can be paid the day of the tour in cash, credit or debit card (6% card fee). You can also make your reservations on TripAdvisor (click here for reservations).
You can reschedule a tour (upon availability) 24 hours prior to meeting time.
Cancellations: In the case of a severe weather event, such as hurricane or tropical storm affecting the place and the date reserved, full refund of the amount paid. In case of illness presenting a doctor's report get full refund.
Cancellation 24 hours prior to meeting time, full refund.
Cancellation with more then 12 hours prior to meeting time, 50% refund.
Cancellation with less then 12 hours prior to meeting time, at the meeting time or no show, no refund.

Go to your TripAdvisor account and cancellations 24 hours prior to meeting time, full refund. Less then 24 hours no refound.
